Neuplan was founded in 2013 based on a desire to create an “A grade” team of highly skilled and multi-disciplined professionals, grouped together to provide on-demand project management services on quality construction projects. Our ideology was to create a sustainable company, which would grow and enable employees to achieve work-life balance, whilst maintaining a professional culture and access to complex work with exceptional clients.
So, our directors established a small consultancy limited to offering the best technical services to a small number of highly valued principals and contractors – Sean McEvoy being a quantity surveyor by trade, who had over the years held several key management and advisory roles with tier 1 contractors and client-side organisations, and Czarek Czajka having for many years practised as a qualified lawyer before working as state commercial manager for a tier 1 contractor. Neuplan’s structure has since rapidly evolved, demonstrating our agility and preparedness to move with the times.
From the ground up, we have consistently strived to maintain relevancy and respond in keeping with market influences. In recent years, this has given us the platform to grow our workforce exponentially and steadily expand our client base.
In 2021, this strategy culminated in Neuplan appointing a specialist Project Development & Delivery Director, Chad Botha. A qualified mechanical engineer with several years of contractor-based experience in (amongst other things) complex feasibility studies, project design and delivery, Chad is respected for his expertise in the development and delivery of resource projects. Joining Neuplan during an exciting period of sustained growth, Chad adds welcome engineering and managerial capability to our leadership team.
